Pain of life surrounds me
When will you come

Soft murmur of memories arrive
With scorching feet of sorrow
How can I bear this loveless wait

Echoes of your laughter
Your smile, the touch of your hands
Our happiness, our life
All locked in my heart

 Went away quietly
My world went with you
Now I live with the pain of life 

Longing lurks under the cover
Of my smiling, soothing calm
