                                                WE - THE EARTH


                             We the earth 
                             Of all shades and all colors
                             White, brown, red and black
                             Our human family
                              In every part of the world  

                              The sun and the moon guide us all
                              Rain revives and creates  
                              All the living and the non-living 

                              Hot blood rushes in our veins
                              Precious water flows out through eyes
                              Our tears of joy, tears of sorrow

                              Brilliant stars birth the goals of our life
                              Warmth of the sun energizes us to achieve
                              High tide of the moon
                              Can sweep us away like a leaf 

                              Having a bath refreshes and prepares us
                              When we arrive in this world
                              And even when we leave it
                              In between we must love and accept self
                              To learn the large heartedness of love
                             
                              God does everything good
                              But humans do the good,  the bad and the ugly
                              It's high time for mind
                              To seek wisdom and empathy

                              Nothing is not empty
                              It's full of feelings
                              Everything flows with the fullness of life

                              It's time to feel the flow earnestly
                              Flow with life
                              We are the earth
                              And we are alive
                              In every corner of the world

    Liked this beautifully expressed poem which echoes my feelings about the Mother Nature, the Earth, mankind and their greediness.....The greediness of a section of the mankind to usurp and exploit mindlessly all the resources of our planet for their interests has led to a situation where now the Mother Nature is retaliating against us with hurricanes, storms, floods, climate change and pandemics...
    These environmental changes which have grown in intensity and frequency during the last couple of decades are a warning to the mankind....But doesn't look the greedy interests among us pay any heed to it!

ज़िन्दगी की लकीरें  खुद को आइने में  देखा तो चौंक गयी चढ़ती उम्र कैसे बीती पता ही नहीं चला  कहाँ से कहाँ आ गई ज़िंदगी    समय जैसे पंख लगा कर  उड़ गया  मुझे हैरान देख चेहरे की लकीरें  हँस पड़ी  मुस्कुरा कर बोलीं " अरे भई क्या हुआ ? "  हम तो केवल आपकी  ज़िंदगी की परछाईं हैं "     बिस्तर पर  चादर के बल  सुबह होते ही रात की कहानी कह देते हैं  वैसे ही हम ज़िंदगी की कहानी बयान  करते हैं  आशा निराशा सब इन लकीरों में छिपी हैं   सीधा सच्चा सच  मन में ख़ुशी और चेहरे पर  हँसी की फुहारों की निशानी छोड़ जाता है इस जीवन ने बहुत कुछ दिया प्यार और इज़्ज़त झोली भर के मिली  चेहरे पर ये झुर्रियां नहीं  ज़िंदगी  के उतार चढ़ाव की सिलवटें हैँ बस   इन्हीं में छिपी है जीवन की तस्वीर    अब तो खुद को खुश करने का समय आया है  दुनियादारी और ज़िम्मेदारियाँ सब दिल से निभाईं  ये सिलवटें हमारी रंग बिरंगी ज़िंदगी की  कही और अनकही कहानियाँ हैं  ये स...
