                                                        ODE TO CLOTHES
                              
                                   Hugging us as we are
                                   Next to our skin                                      
                                   Clothes dignify the body

                                   A gift of nature the cotton plants
                                  Created by sunshine and the wind
                                  Nature smirks and scolds
                                  If not well used

                                   Clothes make women look pretty
                                  And men look handsome
                                  Wearer makes the clothes 
                                  Look good and beautiful 

                                    Personifying modesty
                                   Clothes form a screen in front of eyes
                                   And hide ugly and the dirty
                                   
                                   But clothes can't veil the vicious mind
                                   The ego, the anger, the vindictive,
                                    The judgmental attitude
                                    So their charm is lost 
          
                                    Different colors of clothes
                                    Represent our personality
                                    Loving, caring heart
                                    Mind's sophistication and beauty

                                     Clothes refresh and rejuvenate us
                                    As the mother earth under our feet
                                    Friendly like wind 
                                    Dancing in our hair

                                     Hugging us as we are
                                    Closest to our naked need
                                    Our multicolor clothes
