                                                   EMBRACING  HAPPINESS
        
                             Achieving a goal makes us happy
                             Little joys may be short lived
                             Create life long memories
                             Memories of the desires
                             It's present which creates the past
                            

                             Desires are transient
                             Desires the pastimes of ego
                             Life is layered with varied experiences
                             Filled with happiness and unhappiness
                             The two sides of a coin
                             Pleasant memories generate happiness
                             Absence of the same brings sorrow

                             Birth of each new day is everybody's birthday
                             Let us celebrate this unity
                             Let us enjoy the diversity
                             Of the world without doors, without borders
                             Of all colors, of all cultures
                             Celebration of oneness can bring
                             Happiness to each one of us

                             True happiness is a virtue
                             Happens through love
                             Love in all forms
                             Forgetting and forgiving all negatives
                             Is the first step towards happiness

                            Being happy is a choice
                            Avoid unhappiness 
                            Before it becomes an addiction
                            Choose joy over sorrow
                            Choose positive attitude than negative

                            Embrace happiness
                            Hug the little joys of life
                            Embedded within your heart
                            And be happy forever

ज़िन्दगी की लकीरें  खुद को आइने में  देखा तो चौंक गयी चढ़ती उम्र कैसे बीती पता ही नहीं चला  कहाँ से कहाँ आ गई ज़िंदगी    समय जैसे पंख लगा कर  उड़ गया  मुझे हैरान देख चेहरे की लकीरें  हँस पड़ी  मुस्कुरा कर बोलीं " अरे भई क्या हुआ ?
