                              Out of dust and stones

                               Their faith and hopes
                              Skinny deft fingers          
                              Create God figures
                              Beautifying them with rainbow colors

                               Saving grey inanities for themselves  
                              The idol-makers 
                              The god-makers
                              Living lives by halves
   
                              Their lives a big black easel
                              Like an ugly dark eagle
                              Spreading around faith and hopes

                               Forgotten by the people    
                              They live and stand by their patience
                              And hopes 

                              Creating God's images beautified
                              Ornamented with their love
                              Heavenly bodies
                              Of their Gods
