  PATIENCE When family does not laugh Sleeps waiting  Waiting and praying Nobody remembers them  Wait calmly asking God for help Please show some light to fight Sorrow teaches patience Immediately nothing happens  Nature too has its own process Even buds have to wait before becoming flowers Happiness makes you smile and laugh Sorrows and difficult  times come in life Teach you patience  Don't get defeated Hope is a savior don't loose it Patience is the other name of hope Expectation keeps all desires burning in heart Sorrows are not worthless or miserable Sorrows are a teachers too Patience is a little lamp Prayer is power Keeping the fire of values and desires  alive To have harmony peace love and life once again  Patience is the unflinching hope __________________  

EMPATHY  -  A VIRTUE Life is very playful and mischievous Moves in different dimensions Good times and bad times Pleasure and pain success and failure Are all part of life Success leads to pleasure Pleasure brings happiness Happiness brings wave of love Celebrations and courage to smile and laugh Happiness forgets the knock of pain The low tide of life brings pain and sorrow To know own people from fair-weather friends Pain brings  solitude and resilience To protect dignity and self-respect Now life doesn't laugh Life is sad to smile Only efforts a grin To endure, to tolerate While heart is bleeding This is the time to know The opportunists will always leave you Your own people will try to understand Read your eyes Observe the tone of your voice  And your problems This is the time for empathy and kindness  Being kind is a real virtue More you share it more receive it A  real good friend ___________  

                               यही समय है  जीवन का कोई भी पल, कोई भी क्षण लौट कर नहीँ आता  मुड़ कर देखा - क्या कुछ हम नहीं कर सके  क्या हुआ और क्या नहीं  फिर सोचा -  मैं क्यों हारूँ  क्यों हारूँ मैं  - ये हारने का  समय नहीं  नहीं कभी नहीं  हर इंसान विशेष है बहुत ख़ास  भूल  जाओ अपनी  पुरानी आदतें  बस अब कुछ नया करने का अवसर है  भूल जाओ कि लोग क्या कहेंगे  अब समय है - अपनी इच्छाओं उम्मीदों  और आशाओं को पूरा करने का  अब समय है अपने आप को साबित करने का  अपने लक्ष्य को पूरा करने का  यही समय है समय के साथ चलने का  कुछ नये अनुभवों का  यही समय है कुछ कर दिखाने का  यही समय है - नये जीवन चक्र का  यही समय है  -इक नये प्रारम्भ का  यही समय है - इक नये आरम्भ का  _______________                               ...

औरत  इक माँ इक बहन इक बेटी हमेशा घर में होती  पर उनका कोई अधिकार नहीं  एक ज़माना था औरतों को पति का नाम लेने का अधिकार नहीं था  पती को बच्चों के पापा कह कर बुलाया जाता था  ऐसे समाज में वो अपना हक कैसे मांगतीं  दुनियाँ में भी यही हाल था  औरतें अपने कपड़ों में जेब तक नहीं लगा सकती थीं  क्योंकि उन्हें केवल घर में ही काम करना था  माता पिता के घर में बेटी परायी है  शादी के बाद उसे ज़िम्मेदारियों की चाबी मिलती है   लेकिन औरतों को अपने मन की चाबी नहीं मिलती  उन्हें अपनी मर्ज़ी से कुछ करने का अधिकार नहीं   किस मिट्टी से बनीं हैं औरतें  कितना दर्द सहती हैं सारी ज़िंदगी  सबके साथ हो कर भी अकेली   लेकिन अब समय बदला है  अब औरत नहीं है अबला  अब वो मन नहीं हारती चुप नहीं रहती  अपना अधिकार अपने हक के लिये लड़ सकती है  नारी अब सक्षम है समझदार और ज़िम्मेदार भी  जीवन के हर क्षेत्र घर और बाहर हर काम   करने योग्य है और काबिल भी  आज की औरत नारी शक्ति है  वह सरस्वती  है और...

THE ROADS Roads threading along Linking countries cities big and small  Beads of sweat sprinkled With gravel cement and bitumen  Making our dreams hopes ambitions clearer Within our reach Guiding us to our goals and destinations    Achieving ambitions  Roads bring families nearer and closer Bringing happiness in homes and hearts  Trees along the roads Become a refuge for humans birds and bees Carelessness and recklessness on roads Causes separations and sadness Roads carry unity every where Bring equations  Understanding among the Dear Ones Life and relationships between families And friends flourish On the shoulders of roads _________________________                                                                    -

  LAUGHTER   Flowers smiling  Tree leaves waving and whispering Dancing to the tune of time and life Making God's world a happy place When happiness arrives Cheerfulness chuckles with laughter Life is success and failure Being cool and confident Ready to face the naughty life Hope is an energy Brings persistence and sustenance Overcomes the happenings of life Life teaches us to smile Laughter is the courage to be happy Courage and conviction  Can face the duality of life Can bring joy on your face When you have confidence You find you Can lead you to giggles and laughter Laughter makes you live With happiness Creating happy memories forever      ______________

   माँ मुझे खाना खाते देख  माँ फूलों सी मुस्कुराती  है  मैं एक रोटी मांगूँ तो दो लेकर आती है प्यार से कहती है खा ले बेटा छोटी सी ही तो है  माँ ही घर की रौनक माँ ही घर की शान  माँ है तो घर घर लगता है  परिवार की परेशानियां अपने आँचल में समेट क़र  विश्वास और उम्मीद बन जाती है माँ  माँ ही हर दर्द की दवा और त्याग की देवी सेवा भाव इसका स्वभाव  माँ के आँचल में केवल शांति और प्यार    माँ ही घर की बरकत माँ ही घर की रौशनी सब्र और हौंसले का नाम है माँ   माँ ही पहली गुरु  प्रेम  संस्कार और इंसानियत का पहला पाठ  माँ ही पढ़ाती है  बहुत बार जीवन में रिश्ते टूट सकते हैं  लेकिन माँ सदा माँ ही रहती है माँ की ममता सारे संसार को पालती है  ऐसा लगता है जैसे   ईश्वर माँ के दिल में रहता है  _________________      

   PRICE OF PEACE  Praying for peace In this world of wars Peace comes with a price  Innocent simple souls die  Because of few vicious cruel minds Existence and persistence are the same We made of patience Made of sand steel and sea within Raring time going up and down Reflecting time Teasing hearts and minds Testing endurance Living with memories soaked in our hearts  Bringing death to Dear Earth Blood flowing painting it red  Eyes snubbed of dreams and of life  Future floats  Trying to bring back  Life of love and peace Peace arrives when Understanding and patience  comes Blood pays the price of peace Oh! God let the peace prevail Peace amity friendship and harmony  Let the world realize the values of life Let the flowers of laughter bloom once again Let the life smile  Let  the life laugh again _________________________   

 जीभ   शरीर में बिना हड्डी की  यह जीभ  या ज़बान कहिये  बहुत गुल खिलाती हैं  ज़िंदगी में  कभी कुछ कहती है तो कभी कुछ  जीभ का रिश्ता केवल स्वाद से ही नहीँ  दिल और दिमाग से  भी  जुड़ा है  जब भी जीभ के शब्द सुनाई देते हैं   अपनी बात पूरी करते हैं      जीभ का रंग हमारी सेहत का हाल भी बताता है  जब यह बोलती है बोलने वाले के व्यक्तित्व  और सोच का आइना बन जाती है  जब ये जीभ दुनिया के लिये  कुछ बोलती है  तो इसने क्या कहा, किससे और कैसे कहा  इसका असर दुनिया में दिखाई देता है  मन में छिपी इज़्ज़त आदर सम्मान सब दिखाती है  लेकिन फिर यही जीभ विनाशनी बन कर  बहुत नुकसान पहुंचाती है  प्यार मुहब्बत गुस्सा या क्रोध  मन की भावनाएँ और अहसास सब नज़र आते हैं  जीभ कभी रुकती नहीँ उसी क्षण बोलती है  फिर चाहे व्यंग हो या बहस  मुहँ से निकले हर शब्द का अपना सुर और अंदाज़ है  धार्मिक ग्रंथ हों कविता या  गीत संगीत  या साधारण बातचीत  लगता है जै...

नारी शक्ति  ईश्वर ने हर इंसान को दो हाथ दिये  और इन दो हाथों में बहुत शक्ति दी  लेकिन पुरुष प्रधान समाज में   हमेशा नारी को कमज़ोर समझा जाता है  नारी  कोमल है पर बहुत सशक्त  हर संकट में वह इक माँ है  देवी का स्वरूप  वह जानती है केवल रसोई चलाने  से ही  ज़िंदगी नहीं चलती  नारी गर्भ धारण करती है  बच्चे और  परिवार सब संभालती है  ज़िम्मेदारियाँ निभाती है  घर चलाने के लिये ज़रूरत पड़ने पर  और ज़िंदगी में अपनी  क्षमता अनुसार  वह घर से बाहर भी जा कर काम करती है नारी दिल और दिमाग से ज़िंदगी चलाती है  बिना घबराए वह हर समस्या का सामना कर सकती है  और परेशानियाँ भी सुलझाती है  नारी मकान को घर बनाती है  यदि पुरुष मकान की छत है  तो घर की चारों दीवारे  नारी के मज़बूत कंधों पर ही  खड़ी हैं  ज़िंदगी , समाज, घर और संसार  नारी शक्ति की पहचान हैं  _____________________

   साडी  ख़ुशियाँ  सारी उमर इंतज़ार करदे रहे वड्डी वड्डी खुशियाँ दा  छोटी छोटी खुशियाँ  बक्से च साम्ब के रख दितियाँ  असीं  सोचया के अराम नाल बै के वेखांगे  पर कदी अराम नाल बैठे नई  भजदे रहे सारी ज़िंदगी    कदी अपणेयां लई  ते कदी अपणे लई  अज शीशा वेख्या सोचया ऐ कोण ? अपणे आप नू पछान्या नई  किथे गई पैली जई साडी शख्सियत  ? साडा रोब ? ते किथे गया साडा हासा ? किथे  गइयाँ ज़िंदगी दियाँ  यादां  प्यार दुलार ते मुहब्बत किथे गए ? अज साडे हथ खाली हण ते मन विच अफ़सोस  खुशियाँ दे मेले हमेशा लई नई रुकदे  जीवें नैहर दा पाणी सानू हथ ला के कदी मुड़ के नई आंदा  अगे वद जांदा ऐ  खुशियाँ छोटीयां होण या वड्डीयाँ हमेशा वास्ते नई  रुकदीयां  कोई ब ख़ुशी छोटी या वड्डी नई हुंदी  ख़ुशी बस ख़ुशी हुंदी ए  कदी सोचया ? हर ख़ुशी नू रज के रलमिल के जीओ ते मनाओ   हर ख़ुशी नू  घुट के जफ्फी  पाओ  जी भर के हस्सो  खेडो  जी भर के ज़िंदगी दे मज़े लओ  साडी खुशियाँ...

    WE  WOMEN Men think women are weak Women are inferior to men Life hasn't been easy  Our souls are hurt  Women are not children producing machines Neither women's body is men's game We are not scared We cry in defiance And we will not be defeated Women are marching to their goals We are dreaming good times We are in all fields of life at home and outside home Women are in architectural field, art, agriculture  We are in defence forces, management, in science Women have proved men wrong We are strong and capable Women celebrate life in every step of life Knowing that everyone is incomplete  Without emotion i.e. women Mother, wife, daughter We the women have arrived  W e have achieved And we will achieve much more ___________________

बारिश की नन्हीं  बूँदे  नन्हीँ  नन्हीँ  बूँदें  टिप टिप करती आँगन में गिरती  जैसे धरती माँ की गोद में जानें को उतावली हों  जीवनदायिनी बारिश की बूँदें  हमें खुशियों से भरतीं  बेजान पौधों को हरा भरा करतीं  भूली बिसरी यादें याद करातीं तो  मन मुस्कुराने और दिल गुनगुनाने लगता है  ये  नन्हीं  बूँदें   हमारी ख़ुशियों का ख़ज़ाना   अपने अंदर संभाल कर   रखती  यही बारिश इंसानों की गल्तियों के कारण  प्रकृति के प्रकोप के  तांडव रूप में  बाढ़ बन कर इंसानों के घरबार, पेड़ पौधे  और फ़सलें सब कुछ तबाह कर देती  है  ये नन्हीं बूँदें जैसे कह रही हों  अपने घमंड,  लालच और अपनी शान में आ कर  कभी भी प्रकृति से खिलवाड़ न करें    सृष्टि का आशीर्वाद हैं  ये बारिश की नन्हीं बूँदें  विनाशिनी नहीँ  जीवनदायिनी हैं   टिप टिप करती प्यारी नन्हीँ बूँदें  हमारी ख़ुशियों की रखवाली करती    इस धरती की रक्षक   ____________...

HAPPINESS : SADNESS Mischievous naughty life Plays with our lives Pleasures bring happiness Pain creates suffering and sadness Happiness and joy inspires Sadness, failure saps motivation Whether we accept it or not We have to live with playful life Strong human heart Survives like the Mother Earth Life can be difficult  but its not unbeatable Duality of life may run wild Sadness slash and slice the soul Happiness waits and leaps up Joy can shake the internal silent sky With lively cheerfulness merry-go round We are made of smiles and tears We create our identity, integrity in life Our integrity and personality live beyond this life ---------

मैं ज़िंदगी हूँ   सपनों, उम्मीदों इच्छाओं और आशाओं की तस्वीर है ज़िंदगी  जीवन में हम क्या चाहते हैं इसका फैसला हम करते हैं  सही सोच से ही ज़िंदगी बनती है  सँवरती और उचाईयों पर पहुँचती है  जीवन में कोई  सपना कोई उद्देष्य  या कुछ बननें का इरादा न होने से  जीवन बर्बाद होता है  ज़िंदगी बहुत मुश्किल से मिलती है  अपनी कोशिशों और मेहनत से इस तस्वीर में रंग भरो  और फिर लो  ज़िंदगी के मज़े  प्रेम , प्यार और  स्नेह से ज़िंदगी के साथ चलो  तभी ख़ुशियाँ गुनगु नाएँगी  तुम्हारी  कोशिश और सफ़लता देख कर     ज़िंदगी हँस कर तुम्हारे साथ चलेगी  मुस्कुराएगी खिलखिलाएगी    मैं हूँ तुम्हारी ज़िंदगी जैसा तुम चाहोगे मैं वैसी ही  बन जाती हूँ    ___________________
