Praying for peace
In this world of wars

Peace comes with a price 
Innocent simple souls die 
Because of few vicious cruel minds

Existence and persistence are the same
We made of patience
Made of sand steel and sea within

Raring time going up and down
Reflecting time
Teasing hearts and minds
Testing endurance
Living with memories soaked in our hearts 

Bringing death to our dear earth
Blood flowing painting it red 
Eyes snubbed of life and dreams 

Future floats 
Trying to bring back 
Life of love and peace
Blood has paid the price of peace

Oh! God let the peace prevail
Let the world realize the values of life
Peace amity friendship and harmony 
Let the flowers of laughter bloom once again
Let the life smile
