    THE POWER OF LOVE World is beautiful We embrace it, live it and love it Power of love empowers And enlightens the human family To observe clearly To act with kindness and understanding We seek assurance in life Given by some authority or an ideal person, A religion or anything else  An authority's opinion is just an opinion Is not the whole truth Absolute truth itself is the authority Human impulse is to possess The love of power corrupts Demoralizes the understanding World is facing the wellness crisis  Hope of life is in turmoil On the edge of its end We breathe   All our life Every breath is an opportunity Create something beautiful and a healthy life Wise action can sustain our hope Natural self healing, science And spirituality are the winners of every situation Only love can uplift us  Kindness and empathy Is the savior of human family The power of love is all we need to be alive To be happy -------------------

बिंदिया  मैं हूँ हिन्दी की बिंदी   नाम है मेरा नारी     जलधारा की तरह  हर क्षण बहती हूँ  कभी शांत नदी बन  तो कभी हरे भरे मैदानों में  खिलखिलाती हुई इठला कर चलती हूँ   चट्टानों सी कठिनाइयों की दरारों में भी  अपना रास्ता बना कर  मैं  आगे बढ़ जाती  हूँ  जल ही जीवन है  कभी खुशियों की लहरों के संग डोलता है  तो कभी दुःख दर्द के थपेड़े सह कर  आने वाले कल के सपने देखता है  जल की हर बूँद की अपनी किस्मत है  कहाँ जा कर ठहरे कुछ पता नहीं  जीवन में हर दिन इकअपना ही रंग लिये आता है   ज़िंदगी भी जल की तरह बिना रुके आगे ही बढ़ती है   मैं हूँ  जल की धारा   मेरा ही रूप है नारी  सृष्टी की रचना है नारी की ज़िम्मेदारी  नारी की बाहों में ही  है सारी इंसानियत का पालना  सच्ची भावना और मन  की शक्ति से  खुद को ख़र्च करती हुई अपनों के लिये जीती है  वो झुक सकती है पर टूटती नहीं   नारी सदा समय के साथ चलती...

  A  GRAIN  OF  SAND  AND  MANKIND Strolling on the beach I pick up a fistful of sand Tiny particles slip through my hand Playing around my feet Carving my footprints God created this amazing world The birds, the bees and the trees We are fashioned by him All blessed with special strengths God created sand too The tiny grains of sand are tender But it does not mean their strength is slender Floods create havoc  Finishing life and the living Only sandbags can stop and save from devastation Humble grains of sand are very light But reveal story of the  planet Earth Can it be compared with life ! The smiles, the tears and the years Fragile as ever Fly away unaware We are a drop in the ocean of life A seed of greatness  Born with wings Fly to your dreams Own your personal possibilities Nothing can stop you You are not small You are free to achieve  Your ideals, your dreams Fly and own your special strengths ----------

YOGINI I became a Yogini When we looked at each other Oblivious to the world around We got together forever I inhaled your breath Submerged myself In the incense of your soul Exhaled slowly This became my “Pranayam” Sitting silent I think of your smile Soak myself in its sunshine This became my “Dhyana” Lost in you Unaware of the world Very still in body and mind And this became my “Samadhi” Arising like an ivy I encircle you with my arms Enclosing tight - to reach your heart Your love became my “Moksha” And I became a Yogini      A Yogini for life        --------
