                                                                       प्यारी  बेटियां  हर घर का सिंगार बेटियां   हँसती खेलती प्यारी बेटियाँ  एक ही  कोख से जन्मे बेटे और बेटियाँ  बेटों ने बनाई अपनी दुनिया  गुड्डे गुड़िया संग घर घर बनाती  छुप्पन छुपाई खेलतीं बेटियाँ  बेटियााँ  ही बनती हैं  बहन  और बनतीं हैं पत्नी  बेटियां ही बनतीं हैं माँ  उसी कोख से जन्म लेते   बेटे और बेटियाँ  ये  कभी पराया धन नहीं होतीं  परिवार पर कुर्बान करतीं हैं अपने आपको  माँ बाप की माँ भी बन जातीं है ये बेटियाँ  ये प्रकृति का नियम भी चलाती हैं   हर पीढ़ी पालतीं हैं माँ बन कर   संसार में प्यार बाँटतीं हैं  ईश्वर का दूसरा हाथ हैं बेटियाँ  हर घर का सिंगार  ये नन्हीं नन्हीं प्यारी...

बुलबुला न जाने कहाँ से आया  जाने कहाँ ले जाये कुछ पता नहीं ये अल्हड़  सी ज़िन्दगी  पानी का बुलबुला गुड्डे गुड़िया के संसार और माँ बाप के प्यार में  खेलता रहा दौड़ता रहा  जहाँ  जी चाहा  न जाने बचपन  कैसे हवा में उड़ गया  पता ही नहीं चला जवानी की धूप  अपने अंदर समंदर समेटे  कभी टेढ़ी मेढ़ी पगडंडियों में  और कभी ऊंची नीची वादियों और घाटियों में बुलबुला भँवरे की तरह सपनों के पंख लगा  ज़िंदगी के फूलों  और काँटों से गुज़रता रहा  दिल की उमंगों,  इरादों की हिम्मत  और हौसलों का आँचल पकड़े  कभी ऊपर तो कभी नीचे ये बुलबुला   समय की लहरों पर डोलता रहा झूलता रहा  और अचानक  फिर एक दिन अपनी उमंगों के  इँद्रधनुष के सभी  सतरँगी  रंग लिये  अपने ही समंदर में खो जाता है     ये अल्हड़ सा बुलबुला   नन्हाँ सा, प्यारा सा   मन का  चुलबुला बुलबुला जाने कहाँ कहाँ ले जाए कुछ पता नहीं  इस  प्यारी ज़िंदगी को ...

दर्पण   कितना जानते  हो अपने आपको क्या दिल के आइने में कभी खुद को देखा है     योग और एकांत में क्या अपना सच दिखाई देता है  कितना पहचानते हो स्वयं को  अगर सभी लोग दर्पण पहन लें   वो खुद को ही देखेंगे,  दूसरों को नहीं   कोई भी अहम या अहंकार इतना बड़ा न हो जाए  कि वहम ही बन जाए  इच्छाऐं , अपेक्षाऐं  रिश्तों और भावनाओं को जन्म देती हैं  अहंकार और ईर्षा  केवल उदासी और अकेलापन पैदा करते  है मानव शरीर का कोई भी अंग  स्वतंत्र काम नहीं करता  जीवन के सभी पहलू  पारिवारिक,  सामाजिक और  राष्ट्रीय  हमेशा एक दूसरे से ही जुड़े रहते  हैं  कभी खुद से मिलना हो  तो  अपने रिश्तों के बारे में सोचें  सभी रिश्तों में केवल अपनी ही झलक मिलती है  हर रिश्ता कुछ कहता है    इन्हीं रिश्तों के सहारे हर ज़िंदगी चलती है     स्नेह और सम्मान में छिपा है    संसार के सुखी जीवन का आ...

ये अनजाने  कौन हो तुम  कहाँ से आए हो  क्या पहचान है तुम्हारी  आज से पहले तो तुम्हें कभी  देखा नहीं  कमज़ोर हताश डगमगाते पाँव  सिर पर अपनी दुनिया उठाए  पेट में  भूख़ और बच्चों को कंधे पर बिठाए  कहाँ जा रहे हो  इससे पहले तो तुम्हें कभी देखा ही नहीँ  आँखों में सपने और दिल में दर्द लिए   शायद कभी तो कुछ होगा ... ये अदृश्य लोग  केवल हमारा ही नहीँ हर देश चलाते हैं   अपने जीवन में ये लोग  पूँजीपतियों के लिये   बस शतरँज का मोहरा ही बने रह गये   कहाँ हैं वो बड़ी बड़ी बातें करने वाले   खोखली  दलीलें  देने वाले लोग   आज ही वो समय है कि हरेक का भ्र्म टूटे  आज ही वो समय है   पुराने तौर तरीकों को बदला जाये  इक नयी विचारधारा का जन्म हो  ये स्वयं में सिमट कर रहने का समय नहीँ   आज ही वो समय है  अपने मन मंदिर की  घंटी बजाएँ  अपना दिल टटोलें  अनजान लोगों में नई उम्मीद, नई आशा जगाऐं    इन अपरिचितों ...
