                                                   THE  FORGOTTEN  HALF - WIDOWS
                            A violent world today
                           Confusion prevails all around
                           Chaos rampant in women's world
                           Wives, mothers, daughters, sons
                           Waiting for their husbands, their fathers, their sons
                           Waiting with dry eyes 

                            Men abducted, imprisoned 
                           Lynched lying around somewhere killed
                           Families left behind

                            Waiting for days and nights
                           Peeping from behind broken doors, windows
                           These women  "the half - widows"  of the world
                           Result of the tragedies inflicted by
                           Petty politics, terrorism and vendetta 

                            With no hope in sight
                           Even children have to accept
                          When they are stripped of their innocent childhood

                            Life has to be shaped again
                           For these half - widows
                           For these children 
                           Their faces of anger and pain

                            Living the loss of social harmony
                           Dwindling credibility of justice 
                           How can the ignored neglected families
                           Be happy in any part of the world 

                           It's time
                            It's high time 
                           To remember these forgotten families  
                           Give them back their hope 
                           Their trust in humanity

                           It's time
                            It's high time 
                           To bring these forgotten " half - widows "  back to life again
                           Erase their anger, their pain
                           Be human
                            Being human makes the world a better place to live in 
                           Just be human
