रुको ज़रा - कहाँ जा रहे हो आज नाराज़ है ज़िंदगी  दुनिया के ख़ुशनुमा चेहरे पर अनजाने दुश्मन का साया है  सभी हैरान और सभी परेशान  ज़रा रुको, सोचो ज़रा   कुदरत ने दस्तक दी है दिलो दिमाग पर   शोहरत और शौक  के पीछे कितना भागोगे  अब तो ज़िंदगी ही पीछे छूटने को है  संभल जाओ,  थोड़ा ठहरो  ऐसा न हो कि जो अच्छा है, जो सही है  वही पीछे छूट जाए  सृष्टि के सीने पर बहुत नश्तर चले हैं  संसार ने इसके  नियमों को खूब तोड़ा है इंसान कैसे इतना चूक गया  कैसे इतना भटक गया,  अपनी इच्छाओं के चक्रव्यूह में कैसे भरोगे ये प्रकृति के घाव   आज ज़िंदगी बहुत डर गई है अनजाना दुश्मन घात लगाये बैठा है   सहम गयी है ज़िंदगी  बुला रही है तुम्हें इसका हाथ पकड़ लो, सम्भालो इसे  तुम्हारी ही ज़िंदगी है   आपके अपने आपके साथ हैं  घर में ही आपकी खुशियाँ छिपीं हैं  मिल बैठो, हँसो और हँसाओ  ...
